I went for Germany, I'm really looking foward to this competition even if it's just looking at results. Me to, I don't kniow why, i think it is something to do with the 3 countries that excites me, in particular italy and germany. Is there going to be any TV coverage of any of these games? aswell as euro med or bowl for that matter?

I have footage from last years three games and they are great... particularly the Serbia v Czech games, I think it was shown on TV and so the quality is good. I will also have two of the Euro Bowl games. If people will want copies then all you need to do is get addresses to me and I will make and post them out.

Just a follow up on my TV coverage question. Does anybody know If any of these 3 euro comps will get TV coverage in any of the host nations, Russia, Lebanon, Serbia, Germany, Italy, Czech Rep., Latvia, Estonia or Ukraine?

I doubt very much, though Serbias games and Russias may well do, but probably not any of the others. Like I say I will be filming them so I will have copies at least for distribution.

Yeh I'm not getting my hopes up, but it would be nice if these euro tournament continue to get them broadcast. Didn't one country, serbia or czechs i think release a DVD of one of last year's games that was TV quality? was that broadcast?

1 Week to go, are you going to the first game game Dan? Apparently the game's going to be played in a 9.5k seat stadium. Would love to see a couple thousand go to the game. According to some Italian guy on a Soccer ad i saw recently, Life is: Food, Wine, Opera and FOOTBALL. Apparently

With Euro 2008 going at the moment its all about cabbage kicking, though hopefully a few fans will come out.
Yes I will be there, less than a week to go, with the game friday night! WOOT!
The situation with austria is that its played by one "club" in southern Austria... they did play a tournament 2 years ago against Germany and Estonia, and Leo Burngruber was instrumental in getting that up.
From what I know when Leo retires from international rugby league this year on the 9th Ausgust he will concentrate on mainly getting the game established in Bavaria and Asutria. RLD is already run well by Coop's so Leo will concentrate on their cousins.
So don;t fret Austria will be back, just give it some time.

Another quick question, are the games in germany and czech rep. being played in stadiums like the first game?

Yes, I guess... The Czech game is in Beroun so have never seen what the field there is like, germany is in Karlsruhe and am assuming that it will be at the local Union ground.
So in essence yes they are... or as close to a stadium that they can get to.
Stadio del Plebistio is a 10k seat stadium from memory.
