TBF Injury has forced his hand for alot of that. Surely he could have pushed Bell to centre, Stacul on the Wing and Touxagas to the bench instead on A Bentley. god knows mate, if that is the case it shows up the argument that the squad isnt good enough, FFS Touxagas a a centre And surely that forward back has just been listed back to front. Yes, already been pointed out to me, still feel a bit of a twat though On a side note 13 Frenchmen in the team ;D Good to see Gigot get a starting spot and Vaccari and Simon make their debuts. I hope Gigot maintains a starting spot even when Walker and Sa come back. Yes good to see that many french guys in the squad, I wouldnt fancy Gigots chances when those two come back for the simple reason that those two have been good points to what has been a poor season so far.

god knows mate, if that is the case it shows up the argument that the squad isnt good enough, FFS Touxagas a a centre I don't know, there were a good 7-8-9 players out (lost count) and at the start of the season players who could cover centre would have been Sa, Walker, Mogg, Raguin, Gossard, Baille. All of them were out, I still think they could have worked a better combo than Gigot (Halfback) and Touxagas (Back Row). Why Bell didn't play centre is beyond me, FFS the guy played SoO there for Queensland. I know he's been ordinary but would have been a better option then two players well out of position. Neither do I TBH, I just hope they don't call up some 3rd rate Australian to "replace" Mogg and Greenshields. I'd like to see something like this until Clint returns: 1. Walker 2. Bell 3. Sa 4. Baille/Raguin 5. Pelo 6. Gigot/Bosc 7. Bosc/Barthau 9. McGuire 14. K Bentley I wouldn't play Sa anywhere near 6. He's centre or backrow, never going to be a long term option for 6 whilst Gigot and Barthau are. ... Same 19 squad for today's game, 3 players who were named last week but didn't play are all right to go so the team will be a bit different.

I would go with bosc at 6 and casey at 7 kane aT 9 with barthau/gigot on the bench, I agree about Sa but in SL, as you will have seen 3/4 or back rowers playing at 6, its a pretty regular thing, not too long back steve menzies was at 6 for bradford, Mogg hadnt played a lot at 6 before he came to Catalans i think. ... Same 19 squad for today's game, 3 players who were named last week but didn't play are all right to go so the team will be a bit different. Obviously with these easter games you have to utilise the squad as much as possible, I would have expected us to go all guns for the home match today, but apparantly the performace was woeful on friday, and its not the first time this year. I'm usually pretty positive about the dragons, but im starting to lose that positivity this year.

I also heard Gigot and Vaccari played well which is good to see from the young guns. Pelo and Bosc also had great games from what I hear which isn't a suprise. Hopefully they run a replay on TV over here, I haven't seen them yet this year and It'd be good to see some of the younger French players in action.

Yeah it was the monday TV so you should be able to find it about somewhere. They played well enough second half but you have to wonder about Leeds at 6-22 it looked like leeds could score at will and i was about to turn off, in the second half the dragons must have had a kick up the backside and they played well despite leeds obvious drop off. Vaccari did really well though I thought.

Also compared stats for Gigot and Barthau based on their 4 games and the look favorable towards Gigot. Doesn't mean much at all though.

Promising signs from Catalans in the second half no Monday, especially with so many players out injured.
It was a very frustrating game to watch for first half, bit to much holding down and dropped ball, poor defence as well. Shame the last Leeds try killed the Dragons chances, i really thought they were heading for the win.

Yeh I wouldn't mind that at all, only if he gets dropped from Catalans first though, he's got a decent streak going now. TBH I would have liked to see him stay at Quins, the more French players at English SL clubs the better for mine.
