Thread for the game on the 28th.
I heard the PM Squad was meant to be released today but havn't seen it yet.
Hopefully PNG can better last year performance but it will be a tough ask, I'm even hearing Scott Prince and Jonathan Thruston may be the halfs.
As for the poll Im going for PNG 1-12 in a tight one.

I really wish this game would get televised, there will be international and future internationals for the Australian side and it will show everyone the PNG side... but im guessing it wont be... does anyone no ?

I wish they would too. FOX should play it but they seem to be NRL or nothing. Although I'll admit they are improving and this year all SL finals are live. Anyway should be a good one, might ask fox about it, although they never respond.

Yeah, Sailor is a surprise... but I have only heard good things about his return to RL.

He's a star!
Also look out for Campese. Top quality.
Basically, all I can see is a thrashing by Australia.

My theory is Sailor was only picked for the publicity and to generate even more interest in the game, he is still a drawcard.
However I have heard another theory where Sailor and a couple others have been picked to keep their fitness up in readiness for the Indigenous v NZ Maori game at the start of the world cup.
Any sign of the PNG squad? Will they have their overseas players available?

He can still play too. But yeah, he is a drawcard I can see where your coming from.
Might be a good idea to register here I'm pretty sure I've seen you on the old RLIF forums.
