Because he has played for New Zealand in the past two years, Roberts must now seek International Federation special dispensation to play for Samoa in next month's tournament.
Roberts would be zero chance of making NZ but Samoa do have a lack of halfs so he should get a starting jumper. I know Roberts has had a crap year but he can be a very good player on his day, I see him as more of a centre though TBH.
Glad to see the Tongan internationals will be playing for Tonga.
