Strong... its the national sport. Its everywhere. No matter where you go you will have to deal with RU. I think Cardiff you have more of a chance to establish something.

Yep, I think what I meant was that Swansea doesn't have a team in Heineken or any major competition so it would give the public a team to cheer on in a major competition. Might be wrong though. Also, I believe (probably wrongly, not a geography expert and my atlas does not go into great detail for Wales) that Swansea is closer to Bridgend so original fans would be able to still support the team they love.

OK fair point Though Wales has a strong domestic comp en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WRU_National_Leagueswith two elite levels from what I can tell.

I'm told that Swansea is the ugliest city in Europe. I think cardiff is probably more viable.
