nice photos druzik. ive noticed that british stadiums seem to be a lot older than their australian counterparts. is this just a rugby league thing? headingly seems pretty old

bellmore is fine for training but not games. interesting that todd greenburg used to be the CEO of ANZ stadium i think.

Some are old and some are new... yes this has been the whole thingh about the super league frenchises where teams have to finally get their shit together and develop some good stadiums.
Headingly looks old but its not too bad a stadium to watch the footy at.

nice photos druzik. ive noticed that british stadiums seem to be a lot older than their australian counterparts. is this just a rugby league thing? headingly seems pretty old No its not just a rugby league thing, Everton FC and Liverpool FCs grounds are also old like many other soccer grounds, but becasue of crowd trouble/disasters a lot of stadium improvements were made over the 80s and 90s. The main sticking point in RL is the lack of money for re-development. many re-developed grounds dont belong to the clubs that hold them. I belive Druzik has some photos of my local teams ground, Barrow it is in fact one of the only grounds in pro Rugby league that stil belongs to the sports club.

It will be great when i finally get to go to Aus to see these stadiums, the hillside stands look crazy, could you imagine those in the middle of a wet UK autum, we would all be sliding onto the pitch!!

Headingly looks old but its not too bad a stadium to watch the footy at. One of my favorite grounds, got the cricket pitch to the side of the north stand, you can walk right round the whole complex
