Druzik will be able to tell you for sure but i think I am right in saying that England/GB have never played Australia since Dan and Ryan started the Forums (the last time being in Sydney '06) so its been a long time coming, I am looking forward to it, but i realise we will need to be better to beat the bread stealing convicts* * As the resident soap dodging pom I thought I'd better initiate a bit of banter

Well Marv I think England will go close, but I have to be patriotic and tip Australia. Its true they have not played since this forum has been going.
But either way it will be a scorcher game I think. The momentum will shift several times I think.
1. Australia 2. Greg Inglis 3. Australia 12 - 18 England 4. Australia 26 - 22 England 5. 48

Well Marv I think England will go close, but I have to be patriotic and tip Australia. I agree, ultimatly i think Aus have the edge, allthough its not unlike England to win this game and fall at the final hurdle (i.e the final) But either way it will be a scorcher game I think. The momentum will shift several times I think. I hope so, there is nothing quite like these games to me, I know you guys have SoO and in many ways your brought up to think SoO is the be all and end all, for me SoO is just as exiting and uncompromising as a test if not moreso but I only get this feeling on a big England game, its more emotionally invloving for me than SoO could ever be.

1. Aus 2. I. Folau 3. 24-0 Aus 4. 36-12 Aus 5. 48
Aus too big too fast too skilful. Inglis and Folau will destroy the England outside backs. They have no experience on how to stop these freaks (if it's even possible).

hmmm a tight one I reckon. Screw it I'm tipping a massive upset that will make the "only 1 team can win" people sit up and take notice.
1. England 2. Matrin Gleeson 3. AUS 18-10 4. 26-24 5. 50
I think England have the advantage if their forwards can fire, IMO they have the best forward pack of the WC.

England, be very afraid. That's right, its not like the Poms are alowed to be rusty and have room for improvement either... OK am going for Aus, but silly comments like that make me laugh.
