don't forget that the england team won't have have players in it that play in the ESL grand final the week before.. So are you saying that you think that puts wales in with a chance? I selected a team with players that are very unlikely to play in G/F and they would walk wales oh....and halley plays for wales.....which is a shame cos i would'nt mind him in the england sqaud . I know mate but he was born in England so he is not a welsh trained player like Ben Flower |

nah wales have'nt got a chance in hell of beat englands 2nd,3rd or 4th team..
i was just pointing out that the team is likely not to feature any leeds or st helens players..who make up about 90% of a full strength england team..

I feel sorry for wales if even 1 of those teams doesn't make the GF which is a possibility. Has it been officially anounced that GF players won;t play in the Wales game? it seems a bit strange to me me that 80-90% of the full strength team won't be playing in the only Warm Up. I think you will find atleast a few Saints and Leeds players, also wouldn't all players have to be from the 24 man squad, no way will that have 17 players from outside of Leeds and St Helens. |

though...if leeds get to the grand final expect players like danny mcguire,matt diskin and JJB to ask to double up and play against wales to nail a place in the squad...thats goes for alot of fringe players

Yes i think it has been announced as much as is in RL anyway but why do you think its strange, it usually happens, it happened when we played Newcaste select side in the 2006 tri nations the bulk of the squad will be playing the week before anyway and they all know the score, the best thing to do with the wales game is look at the young guys or squad players |

no way will that have 17 players from outside of Leeds and St Helens. 1 Wellens 2 Gardner 3 Senior 4 5 6 Pryce 7 Burrow 8 9 10 Peacock 11 12 Ellis 13 14 Roby 15 16 17 I reckon those guys are 100% nailed on from G/F teams jim so i reckon there are plenty of places to play for |

don't know about anyone else but i'd pick kyle eastmond @ 7 for the wales test...and i really think i'd give him the last spot in the world cup squad.... the aussies won't have a clue who he is  |

I think he's Hull? or Saints? one of the two because he was 18th man for one of them at the Challenge Cup final. If by "the Australians" you mean the public Spud the majority of Australian wouldn't know who James Roby or Paul Wllens are I'd say. atleast 75% of Australian League fans are very ignorant towards Super League. On other forums some still pull out the "packed with old Aussies and sub par competition" line, obviously they watched once in 1997 and have refused to watch since. |

watch him terroize the aussie academy at the end ;D
