- The US Air Force will hold an induction ceremony as the highlight of the pre-game of the Axemen vs. Philly game. Force - Active Duty and Retired Military personal can get free entry by wearing their uniform or any attire that has their military insignia on it - "We cannot begin to imagine the emotion of the families who will be in attendance during the event, so all we can do is be there in numbers to show support and respect what their loved ones are about to begin" was the comment for the Axemen
- A record crowd that included former Jags Mike Hollis and Eugene Chung, saw the Axemen remain undefeated after a win over the current AMNRL Champion New York Knights in a game that was full of excitement about every 30 seconds with players being sent off for fighting, massive tackles and blood flowing at times
- Carrabbas Italian Grill will be giving away appetizer coupons to the first 250 fans in the gate on Saturday
