Well I'm glad to be the first person to post in this section.
I'm looking to see if anyone has good any good fitness programs for rugby league? More so in the area of running etc as i get plenty of weight sessions in.
I'm immigrating to Australia this year and desperate to join a rugby league club. I have only played union in school and unfortunatley i'm a bit unfit!
I know it's a tough sport and can't wait to get stuck in! I'm also aware that i'll need a bit of fitness about me! So if anyone can help me launch my career as an Irish international it would be much appreciated ;D

Well that is probably the best RL region in NSW outside of Sydney so you should have no probs there. I know it's a tough sport and can't wait to get stuck in! I'm also aware that i'll need a bit of fitness about me! So if anyone can help me launch my career as an Irish international it would be much appreciated ;D

I have a general program that is used by Widnes' U18 squad mate, its on paper but I could scan it and Email it possibly
