yes brookvale oval is that bad. its exacly tha t, an oval. also, its a testimount to the ridiculous amount of money that a few of the schools around here have that they can have better grandstands than brookie.

at the end of the day , the club wont prosper if it continues to play in a park

I would like to see a 25,000 seat stadium put in place there. As it stands Brookie can hold 21,500 from memory.
But the stalling process of this is a certain council woman.
Max Delemege and the Penns have said that they might have to consider using the SFS because of the fact of how much it costs them to play out of Brookie (something they actually agree on ;D).

Dan I'm not sure if your aware of this but the original reason why Manly Warringah Sea Eagles play out of Brookvale Oval is because the Manly Council at 1947 were a staunch Union supporters

40 k would be too much. They will never get 40k there. I think they should just improve the stadium to make it more comfortable and maybe slap on an extra 6,000 or so.
