So this years third tier European tournament is on again, it has the three usual suspects again, to get them developing a bit more.
Last years champions, Latvia, will look to hold off the new commers Ukraine. The Ukies have taken an interesting recruitment drive in that they advertised through the news paper and have avery decent team apparently... many of the british pioneer players say that they can be brutally good. Estonia are the older nation and have probably the better League development but their team seems to be a bit older than the Latvians in general and not as fast, usually being left behind in defence.
Latvia hvae some great speedy wingers and full back in Vigo Valdavs Jr, but I think the unkiown factor of Ukraine could be the deciding factor.
