The Draw for the french Knockout competition has been released, to be played this weekend, the first round. 16 teams from the two elite divisions have entered.

Havent seen a result for the Baho v Lyon game or the montpellier game.

The Montpellier v Entraigues game ended up 42 - 7 going Montpelliers way.
They meet Limoux on the 4th March.

Limoux through to the semis 28-26 after an exciting clash with UTC at St Esteve (five tries each). The Cats raced into a 22-6 at the break but couldn't hold on in the second period.
Crowd given as 1400.

So a first all Aude Derby Final this decade now for Albi.
Should ensure some passion and atmosphere come 19th April.
FCL-ASC now this Thursday at Stade Brutus.

So was at the final today... wow what a day. The fans cane out in nu,bers with about 8k i think.
1st half Carcassone were pinged out of the match by sloppy play and defence but they clened it up in the 2nd to have a historic upset win coming from 4 16 down to win it in a clincher 18 16.
Some of that legendary French bruising hits came out with some really sprawling hits all though the match... the Carca tongan player was sent off and there was some biff.
Will have photos up on tuesday.
