I am going for the Italians, purely as I love to back the underdog. But Morocco will probably have alot of their Elite players and Itlay will be mainly locals with a few English based guys from the Confernece leagues like Eduard Lerna.
Should be a good match either way and I hope the locals turn out for it.

do you think 1400 is a good crowd? the crowd for the french final in club comp was fantastic. according to rugby league review around 13,000. more than catalans! speaking of which not long now until the barcelona game.

1400 is a great crowd in all honesty. Thought the Grand final crowd was just under 12k with just under 10k paying spectators?

apparantly the official attendence was 11,263 whilst more than 13,000 packed in. great to see. to be honost i dont follow the french league that closely but clearly i underestimated it. i look forward to the day when a game on morocan home soil posts more than 5000 in attendence.
i was reading on another forum (thats right im cheating on RLIS) about the idea of the NZ warriors doing a road trip. briefly explaining moving a sharks home game to wellington and then finding another way to stage a game each in dunedin and christchurch. i ask the question, would this be posible for le catalans to do the same or is there absolutely no market for them outside south of france?

Well you never know, there are large North african communities in France and if they can continue to develop the game at home as well as in France why not? i was reading on another forum (thats right im cheating on RLIS) about the idea of the NZ warriors doing a road trip. briefly explaining moving a sharks home game to wellington and then finding another way to stage a game each in dunedin and christchurch. i ask the question, would this be posible for le catalans to do the same or is there absolutely no market for them outside south of france? # Well looking at the fixture in Barca for Catalans I would say there best chance of spreading the game is within the Catalonia region, apart from thieir own ground and the Barca ground there are 3 or 4 other grounds in Catalonia that could be considered for future fixtures.
