Scotland A will play France Federale on Friday 1st May 2009 at Boroughmuir RFC, Meggetland Stadium, Collington Road, Edinburgh - Kick off 7.30pm. The match will hopefully be a great start to a fantastic weekend of Rugby League in Edinburgh and all fans who are in the city for the weekend are encouraged to come along and see the game and the domestic tallent coming through the Scottish System at present.
The Match itself is a re-match from the 2007 clash of the sides in Perpignan before the full international sides played. On that occasion the French side came away with a victory but the Scots will be looking to avenge this defeat and also continue their run of victories following wins against Ireland away in Dublin and England in Edinburgh during last years Home Nations championship.
After the match and all weekend fans of all teams are encouraged to all socialise together at the Murrayfield Hotel (near stadium for the Sat and Sun) and The 3 Sisters (in the Cowgate in the City Centre - all weekend) as they turn into the Edinburgh Eagles clubhouse for the weekend.
