when did the shield cup semis happen? and what were the scores?

There were no Shield semifinals. Kolubara pulled out of the competitions for this year because they have difficulties in their own yard (some players have to work, some players live and study in Belgrade urban zone, tough financial situation,...). So, that left us with just Radnicki (Nova Pazova) and Belgrade University XIII as Cup quarterfinals loosers. Tsar Lazar (Krusevac) didn't start the competition, so that was only logical solution, these two to play Shield Final.

That is all wonderful news Spider, so next week sees an exciting finsh to the Serbain domestic season!
Question: Is the slavic cup still being played this year at any stage, or has it been played? If so what was the score and crowd?

Yes, in next two weekends the season will finish with two Dorcol v Podbara duels.
Slavic Cup was not played this year. I was talking with with Andrew about that competition, they would also like to play that. I suggested our student team to play v some Czech student or even regular team, but we are now occupied with European cup preparations and it;s hard to do something more with that game now.
