OK, nothing new here, its what IRL fans have been screaming for for a long time now.

NZ and Tonga created the Peter Leitch QSM Challenge Trophy for the test the other day, so hopefully that means there is some sort of regular competition between them.

Ray Haffenden said "it's our intention that it will be at stake in future internationals between the Kiwis and our Pacific neighbours." so thats positive talk, although the NZRL have said many things which have turned into nothing.
