Before the launch of the RLWC i hope to begin to set up a stats page with player information and most importantly rep caps and points, so that it can be used for future reference.
I will begin building from teams 40 man preliminary squads for the cup, and fit teams liek Wales, USA in too. Obviously some teams infor will be harder to find than others.
Anybody got any useful links, or would like to give a helping hand.
Currently i have began with teh caps of the Fiji team. I will now begin to look at match reports to come up with top scorers etc.
All stats will begin from around RLWC2000.

Haha... yeah you beat me to it.
I have been wanting to do something liek this as well, but time constartints and all that... too much traveling at the moment.
After the ESL GF I wont be traveling as much so I can at least start on something. have a few ideas and plans worked out.

Yeah. then you could add stats for every world cup. Then sell them to the RLIF!  But you know, they probably won't take any. They aren't the IRB (you must admit the website and info and stuff is well sort out) are they. |

the RLWC preview guide i got today has heaps of stats on all past world cups. For most it has crowds and scores. Although if you are only doing 2000 onwards it doesn't really matter I suppose.

I have quite a few yearbooks and various magazines and stuff if I can help out there is a direct link into the BBCs website for the 2000 world cup too, but yeah, great idea

Hopefully have a proper domain soon.
Thats the basic overview so far. In time i will put a new template, a better banner, links, full every country with there stats.. so far its only Fiji, and ive yet to put up there squads stats, just their top scorers etc.
Keep checking back over teh coming weeks, improvents will coem thick and fast.
