Watching last night on the footy show I couldn't help but agree with the newcastle fan who said "he sounds like mundine". Seriously he used so many excuses that were just that, excuses. He mentioned racism (very Mundine like), Steve Folkes and the club treating players like cattle.
He mentioned an incident where Folkes called him aside and asked him whether he was considering becoming a muslim and told him he's kidding himself if he takes advice from Mundine. However this was in January so if this was the reason he would have walked a long time ago, also take into account Folkes is leaving at the end of the year.
To me SBW looked like a brainwashed boy, end of story.
Maybe in 5 years time with more experience and intelegence under his belt he may want to return to RL. I would welcome him because he is a special player but ATM he is clearly affected by Mundine and Nasser and anyone who says otherwise is kidding.

Totally agree, SBW - I'm my own man - THE man!
He mentioned standing up for his "boys". A few players, including Lockyer, Fitzgibbon, and Price, have come out today and said they don't understand what he's on about; he's "confused".
Also he's not a "coward" instead he "had to have balls to do what I've done", "So people that call me a coward that are sitting behind their desk or sitting wherever, well come to my face and say it." It sounds so hypocritical to me; why couldn't he stand up and and say he was leaving to the Bulldogs.
He came out with a few reasons/excuses for leaving but from my point of view they were pretty weak and he seemed to go on about the money and what he was worth the most. I actually wouldn't mind if he said he just went for the money but instead crapped on about helping all the others and it wasn't him it was the CEO's.

Another thing was I saw some footage of him the other day and him and that bloke got in a car and SBW drove. How the hell can he drive already? he been there 2 weeks?

Continental europe they drive on the opposite side of the road, so he could have been in the passenger side but to Aussies it looks like the drivers side.
or
He has an international (translated) lisence so he could drive. Actually I think Austrlian and NZ lisences are valid for 6 months in most countries before having to get a local one.
