I would love to see Toulouse get a franchise but I don't think they're ready, 2012 there should be no question. I'm excited about Celtic and I think they are morals, If they don't get in I would be very suprised. Maybe in 2012 we will have another Welsh club putting in a good bid, Seems unlikely but I didn't think there would be another french club putting a strong bid infor 2009 when catalans got selected. Now that there is a Murrayfield Magic maybe there is some plan to get a scottish team in NL in coming years. |

I think it should be:
All current SL teams minus Castleford plus Toulouse, Widnes and Salford.
I think it will be:
All current SL teams plus Celtic and Saford.
Toulouse is a bit iffy I'll admit. I can't see how a team like Castleford could really offer more then Widnes.
