he did ok got 39 minutes and made some scoots and a try saving tackle whilst filling in a FB

I read that before he started playing he didn't know how many players were in a rugby league team.

Whilst I wish him every success, I simply cannot see this happening. Can a 30-year-old with no prior RL experience really made the cut? It is a huge ask. I'm in doubt, but it would be fantastic if he made it.
Players take years, from early stages in life to develop and sculpure their skills; Dwayne is 30 and has had a month...

Stick im on the wing, throw im tha ball and scream "RUN FORREST RUN"... I think that is his best strategy. Look I hope the olympic selectors are there timing him when he runs 100m in 9.8 s ;D

ON a more serious note, we'll see what happenes, its not unheard of in oz to have ex-sprinters join RL clubs and make something of themselves. So why should chambers be any different.
I think we need to see what his style is and how it develops.

No suprise. I hope a National League 2 club take a look at him though. This 'stunt' for want of a better word, has given us much needed publicity.
