G'day all.
Last night I was out with Norway RL president, Warren Helig and I suugested that maybe next week we do a RLIS forum meet up. He is happy to meet people from the forum over beers and chat about Norway RL.
So if you are in the Brisbane area, we propose that Next wednesday 7-7:30 at the Grandview Hotel in Cleveland we meet up for beers/food/chit chat.

OK so spoke to Warren, he is still keen on beers at the Grandview. We should get there between 7:30 and 8:00 pm.
Might later pop over to the lighthouse hotel for a few beers as well.

Asked the boy's on the Qld Rleague forum how much is admission they said last years price was about $8 so makes for a good cheap day to see some good local footy ;D

Just became a member at Wynnum Seagulls (and also got a 2010 jersey) Seriously I think I have a problem this the 4th jersy I ordered today ('72, '76, 2010 "away" Manly jersey and now Wynnum Manly Seagulls jersey) lol nice work. I am serching around for some of the old classic Wynnum strips from the 1980's. Yeah hopefully it will clear up by next Saturday. I think its a 2:00pm start, but I'm gonna try to get there by 12:00-12:30 for a feed first. I'll have my Souths jersey on probably. Yeah I have picked up a few jerseys and shirts this year already, well a couple were given to me though...  Sharks 1970 strip, a sharks members shirt, a Burleigh bears training shirt and a Norway Jersey! |

Well, I say that we decide where we will meet in the club and between what times.
I'll be there from about 12:00pm and I guess at the back bar near the entrance to the beer garden, looking out over the ground.
Have some beers a feed and we then can head out to the Chook Pen when game start.
