Hi lilo, welcome over
Yeah here we pretty much only talk shop, there is no lounge stuff here, its league or nothing... we try to get people from all places on here to chat.
Its a bit quiet at the moment as its off season, except for france and Lebanon... but once ESL and NRL and all other countrioes kick off it susually a buzz...
I am really excited on the Internationals this year there is so many of them its fantastic to see... I hope I'll have a chance to get out and see many of them.
Look forward to you contributions on the PI teams.

Just so you know, here we dont like to get into personal slinging matches, helathy debate is encouraged.
As most of us post on various other forums wher much info comes we dont have too much of an issue with links to them and people talking a about them.

Welcome to the board x xxxLiloxsxx! The great thing about this board its focus on dialogue about rugby league. If all of the RLWC08 forum members come here then it'll be perfect! jim and druzik, Thank you very much for the kind welcome. It's a pity that dogged left the RLWC08 forum before Hullboy joined. A soccer vs Australian rules football argument between them would have been funny. Hello all,for those of you who do not know lvnknights, you may have met me in the other sites doing battle with Bughead,Hullboy,Allblacks and any other idiots who have been trolling the league sites.I go under the name sal.rich but couldn't get this site to accept that name so in here i'm lvnknights.I joined this site for the same reason as e3lions.Druzik and 3 lions are champions as far as i am concerned.There are other good guys out there but i have followed these 2 through the sites because of their fascinating knowledge of the game that i hold close to my heart.I have made some wonderful allegiences whilst visiting the sites and i look forward to chatting and doing all i can to support and promote the best game of all.I have followed league for about 23 years now and have a bit of knowledge about the game.Since joining these sites i have learnt so much more about league and i thank all of you who have helped me in achieving this.I am hungry for more so lets all kep it up aye.Thankyou and bye for now.  , Welcome to the board! Whatever knowledge I have about the sport is derived from my time watching -- and analysing -- the Queensland Cup, the Cowboys, Great Britain and Queensland. Haha... yeah those two going each other woudl have been funny... but that woudl have brought Dallymessenger into it and then those two would ave been had their arses handed on a platter.
The nice tings here is that there is a range of people from all round the world. many of have met each other at games and functions... which also makes things easier to discuss since we know where people are coming from and whay is sarcasm.. seriousness and jest.
Having people from Europe as well, they will be into their soccer, but its on a good sensible friendly debate able level here... we understand that people have other sports they like and when done in a good way its constructive.

I think it's a great board. The information from Serbia, Russia and other European nations is invaluable. It gives the board a huge edge over RLHQ. If we can entice all of the RLWC08 forum members to adopt RLIS as their main RL board, then activity should increase. |

Yah its pretty much all RL, dont diverge far off and there are alot of good ideas that float around.
We get a few indose scoops here as well. Everyone here are extremely knowledgeable and come form many areas of the world.
I will keep scores updated where I can, but I always encourage anyone that gets results or info to get in first and posts and give their ideas.
So, Dakota, whats your background and how did you get into RL. What teams you support?

Im a tigers girl through and through Started watching league in about 02-03?? From NZ but living life in Syd atm and love it..... Very very keen to learn alot more about leauge and from what you and Bruce have posted on RLWC08 and RLHQ i know you guys are full of knowledge... I have read a few of the other forums and there seem to be alot of other knowledgeable poeple here too. Thanks for the kind welcome Hey Sal/Lvnknights? Great to hear. Well there is a wide reange of people supporting many teams, I think in the end everyone from all the countries takes on a fav team. e.g I am a avid Cronulla, Newtown and Wynnum fan in Oz Leeds and Catalns in ESL, Barrow (Marv  ) and Skolars (quite a few Poles in the team) in the Championships. I Like Lyon and Carcassonne in France Beroun in Czech (have played for them in the past) Bad Reichenhal in Germany Veraya in Russia, Serbia to be decided, So hopefully over the time you are here you will learn a bit more about what going on in the world of International RL. |
