Wales are gonna cop a hammering at Donny Hope Wales will have a full strength team because they'll need it. Good to see them getting involved with games even though they didn't make the WC. I don't think it will be too bad though and Wales may push england since there is a strong likelyhood alot of players will be missing through the SL GF. Especially if it's St's V Leeds which looks likely, I'm still think Catalans have a real good shot though. If catalans make the final the England team will be alot closer to full strength, it will be very close to full strength if St's and Leeds miss the final but i don't see that happening. England 48 - Wales 22

Yeah mate thats on for sure, Good stuff we are continueing with these games I just did a little jig! Also heard a rumour Goulding has sent invites to Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Russia for two warm up games pre 4N/EC as well... that would be fantastic for those countries. You know... people bagged Goulding... but I had a funny feeling he would do things different and be positive. I am hoping this is the start of a french resurgence.

It sorta says, hey you guys aren't quite there, but doesn't mean we're going to ignore you. French resurgence, yes please! I still am a little bummed that they get relegated even if they have a better go at it than England.

Sure he said that in his RLW interview. I'm glad the game is being continued, looks like it might become an annual thing like the France game. It can only help all 3 parties, England get 2 games to work on their combinations and the other 2 get to face strong opposition on a regular basis.

Eventually Wales and France will catch up. If they're playing better opposition then they will raise their game. It's like surfing, it's common knowledge that surfing with better surfers makes you surf better. It's a shame the Aussies and Kiwis don't do this with the Islander nations. I mean the PM's XIII is all they've got (PNG).

Wales will face England in a one off international match on Saturday 17th October at The Gnoll, the home of Neath Rugby union club in South Wales. The Gnoll which has a capacity of 7387 is a joint Rugby,Soccer, cricket stadium that no longer stages first class rugby union matches. The game was originally scheduled for Newport but once again the union authorities saw to it that the game wasn t permitted use of the ground.

Great news, would have prefered it to be in Newport for crowd reasons although I'm not sure how many people we can expect for this game. A sell out should be managable.

They should fill that out no problems, I am sure they could push that upto 8k... but as always, Union getting in there to spoil the party.
