Well let's hope so, any idea what size it will end up? Also leads me to think how big is the stadium for the France V england test in toulouse? and will that be the stadium the toulouse club will play out of if they get a license? I think they have a couple of options, the Stade Minimes where they play now is about 8,000 capacity, but its a dump I think the Stade Toulousian RU ground is where they plan to play at first. the Stade earnset wallion is another in the area, I think this is where they plan to hold the test.

Also just looked it up that perpignan is 108,000 population so 9,000 to games isn't that bad for now. Toulouse is 366,000 so a bit of a difference in size there. hmm amazing what you can learn on the internet, only paris has a population of over 1 mill and it's only 2.1 mill. Infact I'm beginning to think these figures aren't right. Good to see RL has a presence in alot of large cities 3. Lyon 4. Toulouse 9. Montpellier. OK so just found an extension, apparently the urban area of Paris is 11million and lyon and toulouse are both about 1 mill. The stadium in Toulouse holds about 18,000 I think, they are expecting 10,000 to the test I think. On TRL there are many English fans on there that are taking sickies left right and centre to get to the match and haveing holidays pop up "conveniently" around that weekend... and why wouldn't you go. ... well I for one am going to the Estonia Game.

OK, Hopefully the France Vs England test will be a sell-out, 10,000 i really think they can do better than that, there are probably atleast 2,000 poms heading over so If Toulouse can't get atleast 14,000 to the game it doesn't sit well for their SL bid IMHO.

Toulouse is a RU stonghold... there is much anti-RL sentiment there and in France... I think 10,000 is a pretty good turn out, in the past the England/GB v France matches in France have always brought out 10k+ I see not why this one wont particularly in a WC year!

Yeh 10k is a good crowd for a game in france but i think there will be more, If i had to harbour a guess i would say 15,000. I really do hope it's a sellout, might be a longshot though.

Well Ok it sounds like my estimate is a bit much, still though I'm hopefull. I am really glad they are playing the game in France and not england. Also just on england games has the Ireland game been confirmed yet?
